1. Manager/Assistant Manager for Service cum Applications

Job Description

• Supervising and managing a team of service and applications support staff
• Providing hands on expertise in the field when required by the junior staff
• Perform service jobs on equipment when required
• To set and achieve targets for the Service Department

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree preferably in Bioinstrumentation / Biotechnology / Physics or in related subjects
• At least 2 years experiences in a supervisory / management capacity
• Possesses experience is service, technical and applications support of scientific equipment and handling imaging software. High computer literacy and knowledge required
• Good problem solving skills. Formal and on-the-job training experience will be provided
• Effective communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A vehicle and a valid D Class driving license

Notes:

• Candidates with no management experience can be considered for Senior Service cum Applications Executive position
• Candidates whom do not possess a vehicle will not be considered

2. Sales Executive

Job Description

• Generating new sales leads
• Provide professional pre- and after sales follow ups / responding to new and existing clients
• Performing equipment demonstrations, conducting presentations and seminars to drive sales enquiries
• Working cohesively with management to develop new businesses

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably of the Sciences
• Strong desire to excel in sales
• People oriented, team player, leadership and problem solving skills
• Effective communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A vehicle and a valid D Class driving license

Notes:

• Supervisory / Management position may be available for candidates with substantial previous experience in this field
• Candidates whom do not possess a vehicle will not be considered

3. Sales Manager

Job Description
